Write My Way AI is a software-as-a-service platform designed to convert original text into personalized AI-generated content that mimics an individual’s writing style. Our Service is accessible through subscription plans with varying features and usage limits.

2. Definitions

  • Service: The Write My Way AI platform and all associated features and functionality.
  • User: Any individual or entity who uses the Service.
  • Content: Any information, text, graphics, or data submitted or generated on the Service.

3. Subscriptions

  • Billing Cycles: Our Service is subscription-based and billed upfront on a recurring basis (“Billing Cycle”). You can choose monthly or annual billing cycles based on your subscription preference.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you choose to cancel. You can manage your subscription renewal via your account settings or by contacting our support team.
  • Payment Information: You must provide a valid payment method and accurate billing information, including your name, address, and contact details. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge all applicable fees automatically.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment method fails, we will issue an invoice requiring manual payment by a specified deadline to maintain your service.

3.1 Subscription Plan Details

Each subscription plan comes with specific features and usage limits, detailed below:

Basic Plan: Subscribers are limited to a maximum of 100 conversions per month, with a word limit of 500 words per conversion. This plan includes essential support and features to assist in refining short-form content.

Pro Plan: Subscribers are entitled to a maximum of 150 conversions per month, each with a word limit of 1,000 words. This plan offers advanced features, priority support, with additional features planned for future release.

These usage limits are intended to optimize our Service’s performance and ensure a fair experience for all users. Should you exceed these limits, please contact support for assistance or upgrade options. Any modifications to these plans or their limits will be communicated in accordance with Section 4 (Fee Changes) of these Terms.

4. Fee Changes

  • Fee Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees. Any adjustments will apply after the current Billing Cycle.
  • Notification of Changes: Prior reasonable notice will be given to allow cancellation of the subscription if you decide against renewing at the new rates.
  • Continued Usage: Your usage of the Service after any fee changes indicates acceptance of the adjusted fees.

5. Refund Policy

All payments for Write My Way AI subscriptions are non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that all fees incurred are final and non-recoverable. We recommend thoroughly evaluating our service under any appropriate plan to ensure it meets your needs. Please contact our support team if you have any questions before purchasing.

6. User Content and Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: You retain all rights to the writing samples you submit.

  • License to Use Content: By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your content for the purpose of delivering and improving the Service. This license may extend beyond the duration of your subscription if your data has been anonymized and integrated into our training models, a process that cannot be reversed.

  • Intellectual Property Rights: All rights, titles, and interests in the Service, including intellectual property rights, are owned by us.

7. Data Privacy and Usage

  • Data Collection: We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes utilizing writing samples to enhance the Service.

  • Anonymized Data: We may use aggregated and anonymized data for analysis and to improve platform features.

  • Post-Cancellation Data Handling: Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, you may request the deletion of your personal data. We will honor such requests in accordance with our data protection policies. However, please understand that data anonymized and integrated into training models is not retrievable or removable. All other data, not anonymized or used in training processes, will be deleted upon your request.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
  • Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Prohibited Activities and User Content

Users of the Service agree to:

  • Ownership of Content: Only submit content to which you have full rights. Unauthorized use of others’ content constitutes copyright infringement.
  • Academic Honesty: Comply with academic integrity policies; the Service must not be used for plagiarism or academic dishonesty.
  • Impersonation: Avoid impersonating any individual or entity falsely.
  • Compliance with Laws: Ensure that all content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
